Online sessions exploring the concept of self-reflection using the expressive arts - writing, drawing, painting, collage, clay, music and to share thoughts and support each other.
Tranquillity will run for six sessions every other week via Zoom, lasting 90 minutes each with the first one on 2 February at 7.30pm.
Hosted by Liza Miles who has a post-graduate diploma in expressive arts therapy, is a certified trauma practitioner and family mediator.
